Denver Outpatient Growth Clinic: no diabetes, inpatient service, or overnight call

Rocky Mountain Pediatric Endocrinology, PC
Centennial, CO
Posted 1/20/2026

Job Description

Are you passionate about growth? Then Rocky Mountain Pediatric Endocrinology (RMPE) may be a great fit. RMPE is a small but robust private practice in the Denver suburbs looking to expand with an additional part-time or full-time BC/BE pediatric endocrinologist. The practice currently consists of its founder Dr. Aristides Maniatis and his long-standing nurse practitioner of over 20 years. Dr. Maniatis is well-recognized as an international key opinion leader on growth disorders and is lead author of the recent international consensus statement on long-acting growth hormone therapy (https://doi.org/10.1210/clinem/dgae834).

RMPE purely focuses on endocrine disorders (growth, puberty, thyroid, and metabolic bone disease) and does not treat patients with diabetes. In conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health for over 10 years, RMPE provides the initial consultation for all babies in Colorado and Wyoming with an abnormal newborn screen for congenital hypothyroidism. RMPE is also extensively involved in clinical research including multiple phase 3 and phase 4 trials in long-acting growth hormone and a phase 4 trial in hypophosphatasia. Participating in research, though, is purely optional for the new clinician, based on interest.

As a primary outpatient endocrine clinic, work-life balance is quite favorable. The new clinician is not expected to take any inpatient service or overnight call. Other benefits include: 1) generous compensation, 2) flexible work schedule, and 3) living in Denver: the vibrant “mile high city”.
